Im a competitive dancer and I pulled my left hamstring!! Please help!!!:)?
So..like 2 months ago i pulled my left hamstring like right around where you would feel a stretch in the back of your thigh, while doing my left split. I was less than an inch from the ground and I guess I stretched it a little to much. Now I cant do hardly anything I use to could do with my left leg. For example it pulls and almost kinda hurts when i lean toward the middle in a straddle but only on the left side. My right side is way more flexible so I have to do different stretches for it than my left. Its really annoying and I would really like it if someone could give me any tips or anything that could help. Thank-you!! :))
