I need some book Ideas....Any NOT STUPID ideas out there?

I am writing this book about a gitl who gets kidnapped and her abductors tie her up and throw her into a lake. She dies, but then gets revived. After that I have nothing....I could really use some help for the rest of it... :) If you have any ideas at all please share. (This is serious....so don't give dumb ideas please.)
