Question about doing splits?
Try over splitting. Put pillows (or something that will elevate you'r foot) under one foot do your splits then after a few minutes switch and put the pillows uder your other foot. It works for all splits. Also you could try straddling the wall. Sit on your butt face the wall and spred your legs as far as you can (legs on floor). every few minutes have someone push you closer. You can also try something similar by laying on your back with your butt against the wall put your legs up (also against the wall) then open them as far as you can. Again every few minutes have someone push your feet down gently. This one helped me the most I did it all the time. I hope I explained it well enough. Good luck!
