Romantic weekend getaways?

My boyfriend and I are planning a weekend getaway this weekend but we would prefer and secretive nice romantic place. Something like a bed and breakfast, or cottage, where we have a beautiful scenery, lake, creek, etc... If anyone knows of any places, please let me know. I have been looking around but have not found an ideal place. Also, preferable Up north. San Fran or North of San Fran. Thank you!
