I need some good stretching routines?
Hey. I take ballet, modern, tap, jazz, street, commercial jazz, contempary, lyrical and acro. I reccomend in the morning warm up and do a few stretches then go into jazz splits (not full splits) On the afternoon repeat those stretches again and in the night maybe after a bath do a few stretches and try going into full splits. I could do the splits since i was 4 but when i was 10 i broke my leg so i had to stop dancing for a while and then when i came back i couldnt go into full splits so i did this routine and it has worked out fine i can now even go into box splits doing an over split
