Is it normal to want this from my girlfriend?

I love it when my girlfriend will come up to me out of the blue and straddle over me to make out with me. I want it all the time (even though it may not lead to sex). I get so turned on having her on top of me and sometimes she holds down my arms (pinning me) under her while we make out.
