Can someone help me with my splits?

i have dance tryouts in two weeks. I'm only a few inches away from my right and left splits but i just can't make anymore progress! and i have seriously neglected my straddle splits and i need stretches to help me get down. pain is not a problem, but when i stretch i just touch my toes, v sit and do my lunges. that all i know! help!
