Best Legacy for First car 1997-2000?

usually you never want to go with the first year a car was produced....allow time for the manufacture to work out there kinks they have. That being said if this is your first car i would suggest you dont add any power adders and just work on brakes/suspension. Play with your car the way it is and adjust as you go along.
